Product Information

• All quilts and handmade items may have slight variations due to their handcrafted nature.

• Colors may  vary slightly due to screen settings and lighting

Pricing

• All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise specified.
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors

Orders

• Orders are subject to acceptance and availability
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion
• You will receive an order confirmation via email once your purchase is complete

Payment

• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as listed at checkout
• Payment must be received in full before items are shipped

Shipping

• Orders are processed within 2 day.
• Shipping times may vary depending on location
• We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs
• Tracking informaiton will be provided when available

Returns and Exchanges

• Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final/eligible for return within 3 days
• Items must be unused and in original condiion to qualify for a return
• Custom or personalized items are non-refundable
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
• Returns on Damaged or wrong item sent

Cancellations

• Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellations may not be possible if the order has been processed.

Care Instructions

• Customers are responsible for following care instructions provied with each quilt or product. We are not liable for damage caused by improper care.

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequenttial damages arising from the use of our products or website.
